PAK program SCHEDULE 
MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY – 4:00 – 5:30 P.M. – KIDS ONLY
FITNESS: 4:00 – 4:45 P.M.
LIFESTYLE: 4:45 – 5:30 P.M.

FRIDAY FAMILY DAY -  4:00 – 6:00 P.M. – FAMILIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE (IF OVER THE AGE OF THREE YEARS OLD)
FITNESS: 4:00 – 4:40 P.M.
LIFESTYLE: 4:40 – 5:20 P.M.
NUTRITION: 5:20 – 6:00 P.M.

parent sessions
parents are invited and encouraged to attend parent sessions in week 2, 4, and 6. reminders will be sent when the program begins via email. also, they are encouraged to attend the week 8 lifestyle session from 4:45-5:30 to do a goal recap with their kids. wednesdays are busy days for pak parents!
