PAK program SCHEDULE 
MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY – 4:00 – 5:30 P.M. – KIDS ONLY

FITNESS: 4:00 – 4:45 P.M.
LIFESTYLE: 4:45 – 5:30 P.M.

FRIDAY FAMILY DAY
 -  4:00 – 6:00 P.M. – FAMILIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE (SIBLINGS WELCOME IF OVER THE AGE OF THREE YEARS OLD)
FITNESS: 4:00 – 4:40 P.M.
LIFESTYLE: 4:40 – 5:20 P.M.
NUTRITION: 5:20 – 6:00 P.M.

parent sessions
parents are invited and encouraged to attend parent sessions in week 2, 4, and 6 ON WEDNESDAYS. reminders will be sent when the program begins via email. also, they are encouraged to attend the week 8 lifestyle session from 4:45-5:30 to do a goal recap with their kids. wednesdays are busy days for pak parents!
