PAK Fitness is a progressive, charismatic, and impactful approach to exercise and fitness.

Surrounded by kids facing similar struggles, they will workout in a safe environment, free from pressures they may face at school, sports or other activities.

PAK trainers follow a fitness program designed by Right Fit Sport Fit Wellness that includes three 45-minute sessions each week designed to increase muscular endurance and strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and reduce body fat/BMI.

  • Goal: Increase muscle and decrease body fat and BMI

PAK workouts take place Monday, Wednesday and Friday  for 45 minutes. PAK Fitness workouts are the first things kids (and families on Friday) do each day. Kids should come prepared in workout clothes and bring water bottles.

Kids will be given Fit Work homework assignments each week. This is their fitness and nutrition homework for the week. Parents are responsible for making sure the child does their Fit Work and gets in the necessary 1 hour of activity per day. Lessons learned at PAK must be practiced at home in order for the program and lifestyle changes to occur.
