The PC manages the day-to-day activities of a PAK site. They are dedicated to delivering the proven, integrated PAK plan and serve as the main point of contact for children and their families, as well as implementing the fitness component of the PAK program.

They are responsible for the success of the child as it relates to weight loss over 8 weeks and commitment to living a healthier lifestyle.

The Dietitian executes the weekly nutrition segment of the PAK PLAN. As a specialized member of the PAK team, they provide guidance to the PAK participants to ensure the highest level of education around healthier eating habits that the kids and their families can sustain for the rest of their lives.

The Child Behavior Specialist executes the lifestyle segment of the PAK PLAN on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the 8 week PAK session. They play an integral role in understanding and working through the personal, societal and peer issues related to obesity and lead sessions that are designed to improve communication, self-confidence and awareness.
