PAK Founder and President
Anthony J. Burke (Tony) is the founder and president of the ProActive Kids Foundation. Tony has  more than 25 years of experience in the health care field and currently serves as senior vice  president at the American Hospital Association (AHA) and President of AHA Solutions, Inc. He also serves on the Advisory Boards of FORWARD DuPage and Action for Health Kids.

As a child, Tony  struggled with unhealthy weight issues, which affected him physically, socially and emotionally. He  successfully overcame the physical aspects of unhealthy weight through sports, but had little understanding of how to address the emotional and social damages. Tony founded ProActive Kids on the premise that childhood obesity is a family and societal issue…kids alone can’t turn their lives around. He has been successful at drawing upon his deep personal experiences as well as his knowledge of health care and business background to create a personal, life changing experience for kids and their families.
